Paulson Remarks on the Role of GSEs in Supporting the Housing Recovery. "The first step must be for policymakers to decide – in light of the recent housing bubble and the severe financial and economic penalty it has imposed on our nation – the role government should play in supporting home ownership."

Government should have NO role other than making sure the playing field is equal. Not that it matters they have carried the Social Experimentation to the point of f-cking up everything they touch and bankrupting the country

It's hard to know for sure, but Ford's (F) new self-parking feature will probably add about $1,000 to the cost of a Lincoln - yet another layer of complexity in a decaying manufacturing process that will likely cost more to develop than it ever brings in.

For Gods sake can we be dumbed down any more, are we not suppose tp use logic,eye hand coordination, cognitive function...this my friends is what is wrong ,wrong ,wrong with our country. From the lying Polititians(both sides) to the crap they call mainstream news (entertainment tonight) (katie)to the imperative must have legislation (gay marriage) we have been duped for so long by so many that half the population believes it,. Computer Sciences (CSC) -- This is a company that was going to be bought, but they passed up the chance. Now I don't want to buy it."
Annaly Mortgage (NLY) -- I think this is a business model that needs to borrow money. Definitively do not buy."
Northrop Grumman (NOC) -- You can't own the defense stocks right now. If I had to own one, I'd look at Lockheed Martin (LMT) with its good dividend.
