    If you are using correct stops,you won't have to make that decision....trouble with that is,like last year,whipsaw kicked your butt.

    TBT shouldn't have enough whip to take you out,unless your stops are very tight...

  • Did New Car Sales Bottom in November?
    Traditionally,dealers depend on tax refunds to boost sales in the first part of the year....the big question this year is whether those refunds will go to pay down debt or even living expenses for the unemployed.

    I need a car now,myself,but I'll wait until things become more stable and maybe prices come down.Who knows...

    consumerism has become a way of life in America,and old habits are hard to break....Inflation will reach 20% soon,IMO..

    I am in the pawn shop business and deal mostly in gold.

    Gold sold as jewelry is the seasonal effect,often referred to.Jewelry sales have been down 80% in my area this year(N.C.)...and this area economy has been relatively strong.Bullion sales have remained strong and gold prices have outperformed most other assets.

    Makes me wish I was a goldbug,starting 3 yrs ago...would have done a lot better than I did chasing equities...
