  • Combining the Pickens Plan and an Auto Bailout
The auto makers already make CNG vehicles, and sell them overseas. I would buy one now if it was available here. Large truck use would drive the refueling infrastructure that's needed, but in the mean time you can get a home refueling system from Fuelmaker Corp. for local use. Lets get er done. Keep America clean and self sufficient.

  • New Technology Makes Natural Gas a Viable Replacement for Oil
I believe that the US is set to become important in th great world of natural gas just as the author is claiming and that gas is the most viable replacement for oil, and I would advise anyone to believe that. As for the US becoming a major exporter of the same, I think the new man in the White House will feel the same, expecially if he want the US to become "energy independent". Like the author, I believe that Mr. Pickens is very smart man, and I am sure that that is enough where this topic is concerned.

  • Natural Gas Bargain Justifies Obama's Stance
Our reserves for Natural Gas are good for somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 years. We are busy kissing the behinds of the world oil producers at present, which includes Hugo Chavez in Venezuela, who just signed a pact with China to the one of their largest oil suppliers. Why wouldn't we want to use a fuel that was abundant, clean burning, and made in America, than keep sending our money to people who hate us? I hope T. Boone makes gazillions off of wind energy and natural gas, because I'd rather see him make it than some sheik or tin horn dictator.

  • The Case for Natural Gas Powered Transportation
The Honda Civic NG has a 200 mile range on a full tank and can be filled up over night with a "Phill unit." That covers about 95% of everybody with their transportation needs. Where's the problem?

  • Energy Firms Should Look to U.S. Shale - Barron's
Natural Gas which is 80% hydrogen will be available for over 100 years so why not use it if it's abundant, clean burning and low priced?

  • Obama's Green Promise
The estimates I've seen for Natural Gas reserves are over 100 years supply, not 6.7. That's quite a difference and would make quite a difference.

  • Has Jim Cramer Crossed the Line with Sirius XM?
I think Cramer means well and he's fun and entertaining. He's human and as such is subject to error. You could start your own show, but if you were right 100% of the time it wouldn't be as entertaining as his.

  • Q2 2008 Portfolio Moves: David Winters, T. Boone Pickens, Jim Puplava
He's right they are ugly. The question is, do you want the money from the electricity they generate or the aesthetics of not having one? If I had a ranch in the middle of nowhere, I'd take the money and run.

  • Chesapeake Energy: Earnings and Shale Drama
We're gonna sell the tractor and mortgage the farm and let Aubrey take us to the promised land! What's that guy from XTO know anyway? If he knew anything he would have come up with a better name for a company than XTO. Maybe SOL or something.
